We are pleased to announce the grand opening of MECOM International New Material Technology(Guangdong) Company Limited, a subsidiary of MECOM, in the Greater Bay Area - Xinhui Gujing, Jiangmen, Guangdong.

Factory construction history:

1. In early 2021, the Group intends to expand its operations and set up its own plant in the Greater Bay Area.

2. In April 2021, when attending the Jiang-Macao Exchange meeting led by Ms. Wu Xiaohui, Mayor of Jiangmen, held in Macao, I proposed the intention to purchase land and plant to relevant leaders.

3. In May 2021, with the promotion and support of the Xinhui District government, the leaders of Gujing Town arranged for us to inspect the relevant plots on site. In October of the same year, we officially signed a term sheet with Xinhui District. After more than a year of efforts, we successfully competed for the land on July 20, 2022, and the concept of purchasing the land and purchasing the plant officially took root.

4. On January 18, 2024, a modern factory park covering an area of about 100 mu was officially opened for grand operation.

It took us about a year and a half from planning to design to construction and opening. From the initial investment intention to the completion and opening of the factory park, it took about 2 years and 9 months.

The main business of our factory park in Jiangmen is the prefabricated construction of steel structures. It mainly serves overseas markets such as Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Australia. We are committed to assisting national steel enterprises to align with the standards of the rest of the world and contribute to the country's "Belt and Road" development. In addition, we have also stepped up scientific and technological research and development efforts and cooperated with well-known universities.

In the park, we are now investing about 10 million yuan, together with Tongji University to test new building assembly technology, and assist in the preparation of relevant national standards, and look forward to these new technologies from Jiangmen to the national and overseas markets, contributing our strength to the development of the country.
